Here's the procedure for Concrete and Terracotta Tile Roofs:
The MDT Roof Restorations Team will clean the roof and gutters with water blaster.
MDT Roof Restorations will repoint (and rebed if necessary).
All faulty ridge capping and cement is removed.
New bedding is laid and caps rebedded
New tiles replaced as required.
A base coat and 2 top coats of Nutech Roof Coatings are then applied
