Inspection |
| Firstly we come out to your
house at a mutually agreed time |
| We climb up on to your roof
and give it a thorough 30 point inspection |
| We then discuss our findings
with you and discuss the options available |
| 2.
Written Quotation |
| MDT Roof Restorations will
provide a written quotation before any work is carried out so that
you know exactly was is involved |
| You can be assured of the
right price and the right advice when you deal with MDT Roof Restorations
because the owner, Mark Tronc does all of the quotations |
| Once you have given the
MDT Roof Restorations Team the go ahead, here's what generally happens
next (different surfaces may require deviances from our standard procedure.

| 3. Preparation |
| The MDT Roof Restorations team will turn up on
site at a mutually agreed time and put in place protective measures
to ensure the rest of the house is protected against any possible
mess created by the cleaning process |
| 4. Replace broken tiles |
| Over the years, it is possible that some of your
roof tiles may have cracked or come loose or that some roof sheeting
has rusted or lifted. |
| The MDT Roof Restorations Team will replace /
repair any damaged areas of your roof. |
| Without replacement or repairing these areas water
could possibly enter your roof space. |
| 5. High Pressure Blasting
(except for fibro and asbestos roofs) |
| Roofs notoriously attract dirt, grime and moss
so they will need to be properly cleaned to ensure proper adhesion
of the roof finishes. The MDT Roof Restorations Team use a high pressure
cleaning system and no chemicals. |
| 6. Rebedding and Repointing |
| All faulty ridge capping and cement is removed. |
| New bedding is laid and caps rebedded |
| New tiles or sheets replaced as required |
| 7. Seal Roof |
| The MDT Roof Restorations Team applies a sealer
coat |
| 8. Apply first coat |
| The first coat of Nutech Roof Coatings is applied. |
| 9. Apply final coat |
| After further preparation, The MDT Roof Restorations
Team applies the second coat of Nutech Roof Coatings. |
| 10. Rubbish removed |
| If any repair work has been undertaken, The MDT
Roof Restorations Team will ensure that the damaged materials are
properly disposed of. |
| 11. Handover |
| Mark Tronc, the owner of MDT Roof Restorations
will then run through with you what has been done, discuss the guarantee
and explain how to ensure your home stays looking great for a long
time to come. |
